Can I apply if I’m already in Spain as a tourist?

Yes — and in fact I recommend it if you want to get the full 3-year visa. To do so, you need to arrive with all your documents already in order and submitted through the UGE. The key is preparation before you land — that’s exactly what we work on together.

What if my income is variable or I get paid through Stripe, Wise or PayPal?

This is one of the most common scenarios and it has a solution. The key is how the financial documentation is presented to the UGE. I prepare a detailed financial summary for every single file.

Can my partner work in Spain on the Digital Nomad Visa?

As a dependent on your visa, your partner can work in Spain once they have their TIE card. I’ll walk you through the full process.

How long does the process take?

Once you submit, the UGE has a mandated 20-business-day response — roughly one month. Consulate applications from your home country typically take 2 to 4 months with no guaranteed deadline. But the submission is just the final step. In reality, I typically work with clients from 4 to 8 months before we get there — gathering documents, organizing financials, and making sure everything is bulletproof. Some documents, like a Certificate of Coverage, can take up to 11 weeks to obtain on their own. The earlier you start, the smoother the process.

What if my application gets rejected?

We work to make sure it doesn’t. But if it does, we analyse the reason together and define the next step. You’re not left on your own.

Can I buy without doing the video call first?

Yes. If you already know what you need, you can go ahead and purchase directly. Once you do, you’ll receive a short onboarding form to complete before our first 60-minute call. This helps me come prepared and go straight to what matters for your specific case — no time wasted. In that first call we cover everything: where to start gathering documents, how your application will be presented, whether to apply from Spain or your home country, when to book flights, and what happens after approval. You’ll also receive a written guide covering each stage. And if you add the TIE package, we continue working together once you’re in Spain.

Can I bring my children to Spain on the Digital Nomad Visa?

Yes. Minor children can be included as dependents on your visa and have the right to enroll in the Spanish public school system. Both plans include guidance on the school enrollment process so your family knows what to expect from day one.

Can I bring my pet to Spain?

Yes, but pets have their own entry requirements — microchip, vaccination record, EU health certificate issued by an official vet, and in some cases a tapeworm treatment.
