These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Move Spain Visa, a fully remote visa advisory platform that assists non-EU nationals through the Spanish immigration process. By using our website or contracting our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

Move Spain Visa provides personalized, non-legal support for foreigners seeking to obtain a Spanish visa or residency card (TIE). Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Free 30-minute initial consultation.
  • Tailored checklist and timeline.
  • Document review and recommendations.
  • Option to manage the health insurance on your behalf.
  • Option to manage the sworn translations on your behalf.
  • Follow-up after submission (including support for document requests or appeals if not legal in nature).
  • Referrals to licensed immigration lawyers if legal intervention is required.
  • Assistance with TIE procedures (if included in the package).

Clients are accompanied from the first consultation through visa approval and TIE issuance (if applicable). For detailed breakdowns, please consult our official guides.

Note: We are not liable for rejections caused by legal disqualifiers such as criminal records.

2. Booking & Payments

Services are contracted only after the initial consultation and confirmation. A service contract with complete details will be provided prior to any payment. Installment options may be available.

3. Use of Technology & Communication

We operate 100% online using Google. Email is used for general communication only. Sensitive documentation should not be sent via email. We are not responsible for any data breaches caused by email misuse.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

We do not offer legal or tax advice. Guidance is based on experience with Spanish administrative processes. Final decisions lie with the Spanish authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, guides, and web content are the intellectual property of Move Spain Visa and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be handled by Spanish courts.

7. Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Clients may withdraw from our services at any time. However, due to the personalized nature of our work and the immediate start of the service, our refund policy is governed by the legal 14-day right of withdrawal under Spanish law.

7.1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of contract to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do so, you must notify us of your decision in writing.

7.2. Refund for Work Completed

By accepting our services, you expressly request that we begin working on your case immediately. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the refund amount will be proportional to the work we have completed on your case up to the time of your notification.

  • Before work begins: If you cancel before we have started the advisory and management of your case, we will issue a 100% refund.
  • Once the service has started: Total refunds are not provided. A partial refund will be calculated, and you will be charged for the work that has already been completed. This will be based on the percentage of work completed out of the total contracted service value.

7.3. Exceptions to a Refund

No refunds will be given if the rejection of your visa or process is due to:

  • False or incorrect information you have provided to us.
  • Issues beyond our control, such as criminal records, entry bans to Spain, or any other legal circumstance that prevents your process.
  • The service has already been fully completed and the documents (checklist, timeline, etc.) have been delivered in their entirety.
  • After 14 calendar days from the date of the contract, there is no right to a refund.

7.4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email info@movespainvisa.com with your full name and login name at the client portal.

8. Data Deletion Upon Cancellation

If you decide not to proceed with our services or withdraw after starting, all your personal data and files will be permanently deleted from our systems, in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR standards.
