Our service is comprehensive support from start to finish: we accompany you throughout the entire process from initial preparation until your visa approval, which typically takes 4-6 months. This includes ongoing guidance on next steps, even if you don’t contract our TIE card service. Our pricing reflects this complete accompaniment service throughout the full process.

If your application receives a requirement (request for additional documents), we will assist you in preparing and responding. In the rare case of a refusal, we can also support you in filing an appeal, provided the rejection is not fully justified.

It’s important to note that we cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside our control, such as issues with your personal history or information that prevents your entry into Spain. However, we always work with full transparency: if we believe your case does not meet the requirements, we will tell you from the very beginning, so you won’t waste your time or money. We keep our prices transparent and clear: you only pay for what you truly need. Ongoing support is available via our dedicated client portal, email, and video calls. Please note: this support does not include ‘Extra Consultation’ video calls; these are complimentary with our Premium and TIE services.

We offer secure and convenient payment options tailored for our international clients:

• Fees we cover: Digital Nomad Visa (DNV) application via UGE and TIE card processing — both are handled in Spain, so we can manage them efficiently and securely.

• Other professional services: If you need immigration lawyers or financial advisors, we can connect you with trusted partners. Prices for these consultations are set by the partners, typically around €60 per session, and are not included in our fees.

• Note: Consulate fees are also separate and not included in our service.

At Move Spain Visa, we carefully review every application before accepting it. We only take cases we believe have a strong chance of approval, so we do not offer refunds if your Spanish visa—whether a Digital Nomad, Student, or Non-Lucrative Visa—is denied.

However, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a proportional refund within 14 calendar days of your booking. If you choose to do so, you will be charged for the work we have already completed on your case. Once the full service has been delivered, your right of withdrawal ends.
