All plans cover document and administrative support, always backed by a licensed immigration lawyer. Prices exclude VAT and do not include official government fees (consulate, UGE, or extranjería). VAT (21%) applies only if you are already legally resident in Spain; applicants from outside the EU are exempt. We confirm the approximate government fees with you when you sign up, based on how many people are applying and from where. Pricing does not include legal representation in appeals or contentious proceedings — which a well-prepared, honest application should not require.

Document preparation
We tell you exactly what you need. On Basic, you get a detailed roadmap: which documents and apostilles, where and how to request them, official routes and fast-track options. On Premium, we go further and prepare your complete submission dossier for you.
Submission (Premium)
On Premium, we file your fully-reviewed dossier with the Unidad de Grandes Empresas (UGE) from within Spain, or at the Spanish consulate in your country. On Basic, you submit your own application, guided by your roadmap.
Follow-up until approved (Premium)
With our Premium plan, we stay on your file all the way through to approval, so you are never left wondering what is happening.
Requerimientos & silencio positivo (Premium)
If additional documents are requested (requerimiento), our Premium plan covers the full administrative response in collaboration with a licensed immigration lawyer. When your Digital Nomad Visa application is processed through the UGE, this plan also includes handling of positive administrative silence: if the legal deadline passes without a response, we will act on your behalf at no extra cost.
