Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by MOVE SPAIN VISA (the Provider), a commercial brand owned by the sole proprietor legally identified in the Legal Notice of this website. By using our website or contracting our services, you agree to these terms. The completion of any payment to Move Spain Visa constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether a separate Client Service Agreement has also been signed. Where a Client Service Agreement exists, these Terms and Conditions apply in addition to it; in the event of any conflict, the specific terms of the Client Service Agreement shall prevail.
1. Services Offered
Move Spain Visa provides personalised administrative and advisory support for non-EU nationals seeking to obtain a Spanish visa or residency card (TIE). We are not licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction. Our services are advisory and administrative in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.
Move Spain Visa is not a government body, is not authorised by the Spanish Government or any other government to issue visas, residency documents, or any official document, and does not act as an official or authorised provider under Spanish or EU law. Visas, residency permits, and all other official documents referenced on this website are issued exclusively by the competent Spanish authorities (including the Unidad de Grandes Empresas, Spanish Consulates, and Extranjería). Our role is strictly limited to document preparation, eligibility assessment, and administrative coordination on the Client's behalf.
The insurance mediation activity described in Section 1.9 is a separate, regulated line of business and is not covered by the above description — see Section 1.9 for its specific terms.
1.1. Visa and Residency Services
We provide support for the following procedures:
- Digital Nomad Visa (DNV).
- Non-Lucrative Visa (NLV).
- Student Visa.
- Residency Card (TIE) — as a standalone service or combined with any of the above.
Support includes: eligibility assessment, personalised checklist and timeline, document review and compliance verification, health insurance coordination (see Section 1.9), sworn translation coordination, administrative follow-up with the Consulate or UGE, and management of document requirement notifications.
Note: Move Spain Visa is not liable for rejections caused by legal disqualifiers beyond our control, including criminal records, entry bans, or misrepresentation by the Client.
1.2. Service Tiers
Services are offered under two plans — Basic and Premium — the scope and price of which are detailed on our Services page and confirmed in each Client Service Agreement.
Premium Plan Unlimited Calls Terms:
- Client must specify call purpose when scheduling via Client Portal.
- Move Spain Visa reserves the right to decline calls that can be resolved via email, portal message, or brief phone call.
- Declinable examples: status updates, previously answered questions, general immigration advice not case-specific.
1.3. Partner Professional Sessions
The Premium Plan includes one complimentary introductory session with either a partner tax advisor or a partner immigration lawyer, at the Client choice — not both. Move Spain Visa acts solely as a coordination intermediary and assumes no liability for the scheduling timeline, content, or outcome of the session.
By accepting these Terms, the Client acknowledges that a Move Spain Visa representative will be present at the session for case coordination purposes only.
1.4. Client Cooperation and Document Submission
The timely progress of the case depends on active cooperation from the Client. The Client agrees to keep the Provider informed of any pending documents and to notify promptly of any delays. Failure to communicate document status for more than 21 calendar days without prior notice may result in the case being paused.
1.5. Third-Party Service Coordination
Add-ons (Translation Management) include: partner selection, compliance verification, quote management, quality control, and timeline management. The cost of sworn translations is paid directly by the client to the third-party provider. Health insurance is not a third-party add-on — it is arranged directly by Séfora Villa Camacho as ASISA's exclusive agent, under the terms of Section 1.9.
Premium Plan includes health insurance management and coordination only, under the same Section 1.9 terms. The cost of the insurance policy is paid directly by the client to ASISA.
1.6. Post-Denial Premium Support
If denied due to documentary or administrative issues (not legal or criminal):
- Denial analysis and appeal/resubmission (1 time).
- Full case restructuring if client conditions change (1 time).
- UGE telematic coordination until resolution.
Exclusions: Denials due to criminal records, fraud, or permanent inadmissibility are not covered.
1.7. Partner Referral Services
Move Spain Visa may refer clients to third-party partner professionals including, but not limited to, tax advisors and immigration lawyers (collectively, Partners). These referrals may be initiated through forms on the Move Spain Visa website or as part of a contracted service plan. Health insurance is not included in this Partner referral framework — it is arranged directly under Move Spain Visa's own ASISA agency, governed by Section 1.9, not through a third-party referral.
By submitting a partner referral form, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- Move Spain Visa acts solely as an intermediary and does not provide tax or legal advice.
- The Partner operates independently and is subject to their own terms, conditions, and professional obligations.
- Response times depend entirely on Partner availability. Move Spain Visa does not guarantee any specific response time or outcome from the Partner.
- Move Spain Visa assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any advice, quote, or service provided by the Partner.
- Any contractual or financial relationship entered into with a Partner is exclusively between the Client and the Partner. Move Spain Visa is not a party to such agreements.
Partner availability is subject to change without notice. Move Spain Visa does not guarantee the availability of any specific Partner at any given time.
For certain partner services, Move Spain Visa may collect payment on behalf of the partner professional and transfer the corresponding amount to them. In these cases, Move Spain Visa acts solely as a payment intermediary. The invoice for the service will be issued by Move Spain Visa. Cancellation and refund conditions for these paid sessions are as follows: cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded.
1.8. Standalone Document Review Service
Move Spain Visa offers a standalone Document Review service for clients who have independently gathered their visa documents and wish to have them reviewed prior to submission. This service is distinct from and independent of the Basic and Premium visa service plans.
Service includes:
- Written review of all submitted visa documents.
- Notes on missing or incomplete items.
- Indication of documents requiring apostille or sworn translation.
- Confirmation of documents that are correct and ready for submission.
- Written feedback delivered within 3 business days of receiving all documents.
Service conditions:
- The service is activated upon receipt of full payment of the applicable fee.
- The Client must submit all documents via the Client Portal within 7 calendar days of payment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
- The 3 business day delivery period begins from the date all documents are received, not from the date of payment.
- This service does not include document preparation, translation, apostille coordination, or submission support.
- Move Spain Visa assumes no liability for visa rejections resulting from the Client's decision to proceed without acting on the feedback provided, or from changes in consulate requirements after the review was issued.
Refund policy: No refunds will be issued once the review has been delivered. If Move Spain Visa is unable to deliver within 3 business days for reasons within its control, a full refund will be offered.
1.9. Health Insurance Mediation Service (ASISA)
Séfora Villa Camacho, the sole proprietor operating under the trade name Move Spain Visa, is registered with ASISA (Asistencia Sanitaria Interprovincial de Seguros, S.A.U.) as its exclusive agent ("agente de seguros exclusivo," within the meaning of the recast Insurance and Reinsurance Distribution Act, Real Decreto-ley 3/2020), under mediator code M10945. Her registration with the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones (DGSFP) is currently in process; her DGSFP registration number will be published here and on the relevant policy documentation once assigned.
Because Séfora Villa Camacho acts as ASISA's exclusive agent, this insurance mediation activity is limited to ASISA products only. Move Spain Visa/Séfora Villa Camacho does not compare, recommend, or mediate policies from any other insurer, and this service is not independent insurance advice in the sense of comparing the whole market.
The Client pays the insurance premium directly to ASISA. Séfora Villa Camacho's role as agent is limited to policy selection appropriate to the Client's visa route, arrangement of the policy with ASISA, and administrative coordination — she does not underwrite, insure, or guarantee any claim outcome, which is governed exclusively by the applicable ASISA policy wording.
The policies arranged are designed to meet the health-insurance requirements typically applied by Spanish consulates and the UGE at the time of arrangement, but acceptance of any specific policy remains at the sole discretion of the relevant immigration authority.
Complaints relating to an ASISA policy (coverage, claims, premium billing) should be raised first with ASISA's own Servicio de Atención al Cliente, in accordance with the complaints procedure stated in the policy documentation. If unresolved, the Client may escalate to the Servicio de Reclamaciones of the DGSFP (Paseo de la Castellana 44, 28046 Madrid). Complaints about Séfora Villa Camacho's conduct as agent, as distinct from the policy itself, may also be raised directly at info@movespainvisa.com.
1.10. Standalone Sworn Translation Service
Move Spain Visa coordinates official sworn (jurada) translations of Client documents through independent, officially certified sworn translators, for any source language. This service is independent of, and does not require, any visa service plan.
Process and fees:
- The Client submits documents and receives a free, no-obligation cost estimate before any payment is required.
- A flat management fee of €100 is charged only once the Client approves the estimate, in addition to the sworn translator's own fee as stated in the estimate.
- Turnaround time depends on the assigned translator and the language and complexity of the documents. Move Spain Visa does not guarantee a specific turnaround time.
- Move Spain Visa reviews every translation for accuracy before delivery to the Client and manages resolution of any issue directly with the translator.
Once the Client approves the estimate and the order is placed with the translator, the €100 management fee is non-refundable, as coordination work has begun. Refunds relating to the translator's own fee are subject to that translator's individual policy.
Clients who prefer to order sworn translations independently may do so directly through our partner Tu Apostilla, at partner rates. Such orders are governed by Tu Apostilla's own terms, and the partner referral provisions of Section 1.7 apply.
1.11. Standalone Requirement Response Service (Requerimiento)
Move Spain Visa offers a standalone service to respond to official requirement notices (requerimientos) issued by the UGE or a Spanish consulate, available independently of any visa service plan and regardless of whether the original application was submitted by Move Spain Visa, by the Client directly, or by another provider.
Service includes:
- Review and plain-language explanation of the requirement notice.
- Tracking of the statutory response deadline (typically 10 calendar days).
- Preparation and submission of the official response.
- Follow-up with the relevant authority through to resolution.
Pricing starts from €200; the final price is confirmed only after Move Spain Visa has reviewed the specific requirement notice. Given the short statutory deadline, the Client is responsible for providing all requested information and documents without delay. Move Spain Visa is not liable for a missed deadline resulting from the Client's delay in providing required information, or for the outcome of the response once submitted.
1.12. One-Off Partner Consultations
In addition to the single complimentary partner session included in the Premium Plan (Section 1.3), Clients may separately book a paid, one-off consultation with the partner immigration lawyer or the partner tax advisor, independently of any visa service plan. These standalone consultations are subject to the same partner referral provisions set out in Section 1.7, including that the partner operates independently, under their own terms and professional obligations, and that Move Spain Visa does not guarantee any specific outcome or advice quality.
2. Booking and Payments
Services are formalised through direct web purchase or following a free consultation via a payment link. The service is considered formalised only once a first payment or deposit has been received.
Making a payment — whether the full fee, a deposit, or an instalment — is, by itself, sufficient acceptance of these Terms and Conditions; no additional signature is required for the Terms to take effect. Upon receipt of the first payment, the Client will be granted access to the Client Portal.
All prices are in Euros. Invoices are generated and uploaded to the Client Portal after each payment in accordance with Spanish legislation. Insurance premiums paid to ASISA under Section 1.9 are billed and invoiced by ASISA directly, not by Move Spain Visa.
2.1. Government Fees and Official Charges
Move Spain Visa prices exclude all government fees and official charges (Tasa 790 038, 790 012, etc.). For UGE/digital processes, the client advances the exact amount to Move Spain Visa, who pays the official authorities and sends receipts. Consulate fees are paid directly by the client at appointment.
2.2. Official Authority Communication (Best Effort)
Move Spain Visa may contact official authorities on the Client behalf (Consulates, UGE, Policia/Extranjeria, Ayuntamientos, Mercurio platform). Move Spain Visa does not guarantee a response from authorities, satisfactory response time, or action taken based on any inquiry.
2.3. Appointment Booking (Best Effort)
Move Spain Visa will actively attempt to book appointments on the Client behalf where permitted. Client active cooperation is expected. Move Spain Visa does not guarantee appointment success or timing.
3. Use of Technology and Communication
3.1. Video Call Management
All consultations are conducted via Google Meet. The Client may reschedule up to 2 times with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If the onboarding call has not taken place within 30 days of the first payment, the case will be paused and a reactivation fee of 75 euros will apply. Recording of any session is expressly prohibited without prior written consent.
3.2. Document Security
All sensitive client documentation must be uploaded exclusively to the Client Portal. Move Spain Visa is not responsible for data breaches from documents sent via email, WhatsApp, or other channels. Use of unauthorized channels is at the Client sole risk.
3.3. Response Times
The Provider will respond to messages within 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays).
3.4. Provider Availability
The Provider will notify clients of planned periods of limited availability with a minimum of 7 calendar days notice.
3.6. Client Conduct
Move Spain Visa reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately (no refunds) for harassment, abusive language, threats, recording prohibition violations, or any behavior interfering with professional service delivery.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
4.1. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Use of our services does not constitute a guarantee of successful visa or residency approval. The final decision rests solely with Spanish immigration authorities. By contracting our services, the Client waives all rights to any claim against MOVE SPAIN VISA in the event of denial, delay, or any other adverse outcome.
We do not offer legal, tax, or financial advice. Clients must consult a licensed professional for definitive counsel.
4.2. Force Majeure
Move Spain Visa shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, authority system outages, changes in immigration regulations, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
4.3. Service Suspension
If the Client fails to respond or provide required information for 30 or more days, services may be paused. Reactivation requires a 75 euro fee.
5. Intellectual Property
Purchase of any digital product grants a non-transferable, single-use licence for personal immigration use only. Re-selling, distributing, or sharing is expressly prohibited.
Templates are prepared based on current requirements at the time of publication. Move Spain Visa assumes no liability for rejections resulting from changes in requirements after the template was issued, or from modifications made by the client to the original template.
Guides are provided for informational purposes only. Procedures described may change without notice by the relevant authorities.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Murcia, Spain. Disputes specifically relating to an ASISA insurance policy are additionally subject to the complaints procedure described in Section 1.9.
7. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
7.1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have 14 calendar days from the date of contract to exercise your right of withdrawal. You must notify us in writing. This right relates to Move Spain Visa's own document-preparation services; withdrawal from an ASISA insurance policy is governed by the policy's own terms and applicable insurance law, not by this section.
7.2. Refund for Work Completed
By accepting our services, you expressly request that we begin working immediately. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, the refund will be proportional to the work completed up to the time of notification.
Non-refundable milestones already completed:
- Onboarding and personalised checklist delivery.
- Translation strategy and coordination.
- Document dossier finalisation.
7.3. Exceptions to a Refund
No refunds will be given if rejection is due to:
- False or incorrect information provided by the client.
- Criminal records, entry bans, or other legal circumstances.
- Failure to submit required documents within a reasonable timeframe.
- Service already fully completed.
After 14 calendar days from the date of contract, there is no right to a refund.
7.4. How to Request a Refund
Email info@movespainvisa.com with your full name and client portal login.
8. Data Retention Upon Cancellation
- Sensitive immigration documents deleted from Client Portal within 30 days of cancellation.
- Contact data, invoices, and communication records retained for 4 years under Spanish tax law.
The Client may request the deletion of their personal data at any time by emailing info@movespainvisa.com. This right is granted to the extent permitted by applicable law: data subject to a legal retention obligation (such as invoices and communication records under Spanish tax law, or records required under insurance mediation regulations) cannot be deleted before the corresponding statutory period has elapsed.
9. Service Scope and Language
Services are limited to those specified in the Client Service Agreement. Any requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees communicated in advance.
Move Spain Visa provides services in English and Spanish.
If Spanish authorities modify visa requirements after service commencement, Move Spain Visa will adapt within the original scope at no extra cost. Material changes requiring substantially different work may require a revised Service Agreement.
