Prices exclude VAT, if applicable, and the official TIE fee. The TIE fee is paid as a suplido: you transfer the exact amount in advance and we complete and pay the form on your behalf, with no markup.
How it works
Four steps to your TIE
A clear, straightforward process from your call to collecting your card.
Eligibility & document check
A quick call to confirm whether you need a new TIE or a renewal, and exactly which documents apply to your case (padrón, photos, EX-17, fee form).
Document preparation
We prepare and check every document and form for you, including the tasa 790-012 fee payment as a suplido, so nothing gets rejected at the appointment.
Appointment booking (cita previa)
We monitor and secure your cita previa at the correct police station for your municipality — often the hardest part of the whole process.
Fingerprints & collection
You attend in person for fingerprints and photo (required for both new TIE and renewals). Your card is usually ready around 30 days later — some police stations require a separate collection appointment and others do not; if yours does, we get it booked for you.
