This Legal Notice regulates the access and use of the Website, including the contents and services made available to users.

The services offered by MOVE SPAIN VISA focus on advisory, management, and document review for immigration processes, providing corroborated tools and templates. MOVE SPAIN VISA does not offer legal advice; should legal intervention or defense be required, the client will be referred to licensed lawyers.

Separately, and as described in Section 3 below, Sefora Villa Camacho also carries out a regulated insurance mediation activity as ASISA's exclusive agent. This activity is distinct from the immigration advisory services described above and is subject to its own regulatory framework.

3. Insurance Mediation Activity

Sefora Villa Camacho acts as an exclusive insurance agent ("agente de seguros exclusivo") of ASISA, Asistencia Sanitaria Interprovincial de Seguros, S.A.U., under mediator code M10945, in accordance with the recast Insurance and Reinsurance Distribution Act (Real Decreto-ley 3/2020, transposing Directive (EU) 2016/97).

The reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including the method of making available, of all or part of the contents of this Website for commercial purposes, in any support and by any technical means, without the authorization of MOVE SPAIN VISA, is expressly prohibited.
